Why Do We Use a Fiber Laser?

The advantages of the 6kW Fiber Laser Cutting System with Rotary Index far outweigh those of a Co2 laser. Our fiber laser can cut through the thickest of metals, including mild steel, and can cut round, square and rectangle tubing, as well as C-channel and angle iron. The fiber laser also requires less energy to operate and can cut up to 4 times faster than a carbon laser with even more precision and complexity, making it ideal for custom metal cutting.

Equipment 

Our fiber laser utilizes a rotary index that allows the tube to rotate while the laser is working, making cutting tubes of all shapes fast and easy. Combined with the capabilities of the rotary chucks, the clamps that hold the tubing or pipe in place, our advanced equipment prevents deflection and twisting and reduces scratches during the cutting process - guaranteeing you the highest quality laser cut tube as a result. 

While our fiber laser pipe cutting machine is designed to handle complex and precise specifications, the tube band saw allows us to quickly and cleanly perform any degree of angle cut on the tube. With the use of both, we’re able to efficiently complete unique project requests within a competitive turnaround time.
