Hi5’s industrial powder coating equipment and processes create the highest quality finish. The oversized wash bay is equipt with an industrial high-pressure  phosphatizing system. This non-foaming blend of buffered phosphates, water conditioners, aluminum enchants, and coating accelerators in combination with a high level of room temperature detergents in a convenient liquid soap.

The 10' W x 20' L x 8' high powder coating booth and curing oven are designed to easily handle sizeable parts for large-scale commercial coating projects.

Indoor Powders

Epoxies - are for high-performance applications, with exceptional film hardness. Steel epoxy polyester powder coatings are often selected for functional or corrosion-inhibiting applications, such as industrial equipment, under-hood automotive, pipe coatings or primers. Epoxies adhere to metals extremely well, with various pretreatments of the metal providing excellent adhesion.

Exterior exposure can cause them to fade and chalk in the sun. This makes epoxies better suited to indoor applications.

Epoxy-Polyester Hybrids - Epoxies and polyesters mixed together form hybrids. These hybrids create ultra-smooth finish. Hybrids are used on items that require good cosmetic appeal like metal office furniture, store fixtures, racking, shelving, interior lighting, power tools, appliances like stoves, washers, and dryers.

Outdoor Powders

Polyester Urethane -Polyester urethane technology provides a finish that lasts, and combining exceptional resistance to weathering and UV light with a unique high-definition finish. This is an excellent choice for finishing lawn and garden equipment, outdoor furniture, electronic enclosures and automotive components.

TGIC and TGIC-FREE Polyester - combine excellent color and gloss retention with great overbake stability and high-quality mechanical properties — making them ideal for various applications, including electronic cabinetry, case goods, fencing, metal building products, lighting, furniture and heavy equipment.
